Mgr. Darina LEUCHTEROVÁ - Attorney
Completed her secondary education at the high schools attached to the embassies of the USSR in France and Hungary. Darina graduated from the Comenius University Faculty of Law in Bratislava and the Charles University Faculty of Law in Prague. In the course of her university studies, Darina took part in several training schemes in France. She was a member of the first Czech team to participate after 1989 in the competition Concours René Cassin held at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasburg. After graduating in 1992, Darina started practicing law at Klein, Holec, Došková (later “KŠD”), a law firm specializing in providing legal services to foreign entities and entrepreneurs. Attorney since 1996. Darina is fluent in French, Russian and Slovak. She specializes primarily in providing legal services in the areas of corporate and commercial law, civil law, labor law, litigation and arbitration. Cooperated with the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel (1996-2000). In 2000 Darina founded the law firm PETERKA&LEUCHTEROVÁ v.o.s. (later renamed “PETERKA&PARTNERS”). Currently partner at Leuchter&Leuchterová, Ltd. Darina has participated in a wide range of complex projects in the area of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions performed by large multinational corporations. She has provided legal services to small and medium-sized businesses as well as large multinational corporations. |
JUDr. Tomáš LEUCHTER - Attorney
Completed his secondary education at the Jilemnice sport secondary school (specialization in cross-country skiing) Graduated from the Charles University Law Faculty in Prague, where in 1992 he obtained the title of Doctor of Laws (JUDr.). After graduating Tomáš started his practice of law at Klein, Holec, Došková (later “KŠD”), a law firm specializing in providing legal services to foreign entities and entrepreneurs. He participated in several training schemes in the UK. Attorney since 1996. Tomáš is fluent in English. His principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, Real Estate, banking law, litigation and arbitration. Between 2001 and 2003, Tomas cooperated with the American consulting firm Central European Advisory Group („CEAG“) as an independent attorney. Tomáš also cooperated with the law firms Glatzová&Co and Freshfields Bruckhaus (later “Vejmělka&Wunsch”) He is currently managing partner at Leuchter&Leuchterová Ltd. Tomáš participated in a broad range of projects in the areas of Real Estate and Construction law such as the enlargement of the international airport of Prague-Ruzyně, residential developments such as the construction of a complex of 145 family houses. Tomáš has also assisted renowned domestic and international corporations with the realizing of complex projects. |
